Thermoforming

We have many methods available to form all plastic sheets into what ever you require, We have two vacuum formers, our largest being a Shuman 4.5×2.5 meter machine and our smaller unit 1.5x1meter machine which are both ideal for large production type runs or smaller runs.

For extremely large mouldings we have the ability to heat sheets up to 8×6 meters in size in our large computer controlled oven. With in the controlled environment of the oven we can vacuum,air presurise or hydraulic assist your mouldings.
