We can supply Flat, Curve, Convex / Concave combined, and Infinity edge or picture framed type windows. Unlike most suppliers we don’t just order your panel to suit from another supplier, we do all the work in house on the panels including the thermo forming and chemical bonding, giving us the ability to give you exactly what you want.
We are able to assist with the design of the acrylic panel and concrete rebates for your project and work alongside your Designer / Architect and pool builder.
Flat acrylic sheets offer:

- Extremely high component stability and break resistance,
- Easy bonding of various structural components,
- Freedom of condensation due to good heat insulation.
Curved acrylic sheets are easy to fabricate owing to their:
- Excellent thermoformability,
- offers a wide range of design scope due to the easy or curving the panels.
Some benefits of using acrylic over glass are:
- Acrylic remains clear to the eye no matter how thick it is as opposed to glass which has a green look as the glass gauge gets thicker.
- Acrylic is a safer alternative than toughened glass.
- Acrylic is able to be chemically joined meaning longer panels without the need for obtrusive mullions to join the glass spans together.
- Unlike glass in the event that the acrylic does get scratched our technicians are able to resurface the acrylic on site, please see our Aquarium Maintenance page for more details on this.
- The acrylic we use is German manufactured by Evonik industries and comes with a 30 year guarantee against UV yellowing. The acrylic is able to be certified for use in public giving you maximum safety and peace of mind.
- Evonik can produce monolithic sheets up to 8000x3000mm and up to 250mm thick.
